04What are the MOQ and lead time?+
MOQ and lead time are not the same for every product and pack format. They are confirmed in the quote based on format, volume, available batch, packaging and target market.
05Which documents are supplied with the quote and shipment?+
List the specifications, analyses, certificates and export documents you require. Availability and the final document set are confirmed in writing before the order is agreed.
06Can I request a sample?+
Mark the sample request in the RFQ and state the product and target market. Availability, sample quantity, supporting data and shipping terms are confirmed in our response.
